Join us for an inspiring lecture by a successful mathematician who will share her expertize from pharmaceutical industry!
 
Dr. Carolyn Cho is physicist by training from the University of Toronto and pursued postdoctoral research in molecular biology at Princeton University. She currently is an executive director of clinical pharmacology at Eikon Therapeutics. Previously she led Immunology Pharmacometrics at Merck, Sharp and Dohme, Systems Biology Target Validation at Pfizer and Computational Systems BIology at Novartis. She co-leads the International Society of Pharmacometrics working group on the integration of Quantitative Systems Biology and Machine Learning, and has previously engaged in several industry-academia collaborations.
 
Dr. Cho will discuss how research is done in industry including collaborations with industry partners and academic groups.
 
 
We encourage students to attend the lecture in person (lecture hall K1 in Karlín (Sokolovská 49/83, Praha 8) at 17:20). Small refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided! We will also stream the talk via Zoom:
